LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
E.Y.E. LEAD develops leadership in its participants through a series of unique experiences and opportunities. Training on communication and conflict resolution are provided both individually as well as through group workshops. Additionally guest speakers including local politicians and community leaders are invited into the E.Y.E. LEAD to speak with participants and provide opportunities for learning and networking.

PASSION PROJECT:
Recognizing that in order to lead others, one must always be engaging in self-reflection and growth, E.Y.E. LEAD participants engage in individual and group activities aimed at exploring their own identities- past, present, and future. Each participant of E.Y.E. LEAD creates a mission statement and participates in a graduation/rite of passage when they graduate from high school.

POST-SECONDARY TRANSITION SUPPORTS:
E.Y.E. LEAD participants work with E.Y.E. LEAD staff to create and execute a highly customized and individualized post-secondary plan. This plan is focused on what a participant dreams to do, not just what they can do and explore the best way to leverage their unique passions and talents. E.Y.E LEAD staff will work with the young men to achieve each and every step needed for them to achieve their post-secondary pathway.
